Valley Gin & Tonic

  • 1 part Hallucinogin
  • ½ part Caperitif (Kaapse Dief)
  • Tonic water
  • Ice
  • Slice of dried naartjie

The Valley Gin & Tonic brings a unique blend of local flavors with Hallucinogin and Caperitif (Kaapse Dief), topped with tonic and a dried naartjie slice for a vibrant citrus touch.

To make a Valley Gin & Tonic, follow these steps:

  1. Fill your glass with ice: Start with plenty of ice to chill the drink.
  2. Add 1 part Hallucinogin: Pour one part of Hallucinogin gin over the ice.
  3. Add ½ part Caperitif (Kaapse Dief): For a South African twist, add half a part of Caperitif for extra depth.
  4. Top with tonic water: Gently pour tonic water to fill the glass, preserving its fizz.
